We aim to represent the residents who live on the Langdon Hills Estate on a variety of different issues and also to rebuild a sense of community both on the Estate and within our Local area.

On Sunday 20th April 2025, Langdon Hills Estate will host game stations spread across the grounds, each offering fantastic prizes to be won! Hop from station to station, test your skills, and see how many surprises you can collect. Plus, don’t miss out on our exciting raffle, where even bigger prizes are up for grabs! And of course, no Easter event is complete without delicious cakes and refreshing drinks to keep you going.

Open to all

Membership is open to all residents on the estate, Owners, Basildon Council or Swan Tenants, Private renters and Leaseholders.

Keep in the know

We provide newsletters to keep you informed of estate developments and changes, community issues including crime, and ensure the communal heating is working and provided to all residents.

Flexible payment

Membership is only £1.00 per month (£12.00 paid annually by cash, cheque or Direct Debit. Or £3.00 paid quarterly by direct debit).

Community Events & Activities

We have a programme of events planned throughout each year, from which we hope to bring more local people together. These include a Fun Day, Fete or Celebration, Tidy Up the Estate Day or month, Picnic, Easter, Halloween and Christmas Events. We have also held Race and Quiz Nights. These events began in 2012.
