We aim to represent the residents who live on the Langdon Hills Estate on a variety of different issues and also to rebuild a sense of community both on the Estate and within our Local area.

🎃👻 Get ready for a spooky good time at the Langdon Hills Halloween Walk! 👻🎃

We’re inviting families to join us for a fun and frightfully festive evening as we walk around a number of designated houses, all decorated for Halloween. Dress up in your best costumes and enjoy the spooky sights along the route!

The walk will end with a community gathering at the park, where we’ll have a thrilling raffle, free drinks and cakes, and plenty of games for the children to enjoy. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Halloween together as a community—don’t miss out on the fun!

Open to all

Membership is open to all residents on the estate, Owners, Basildon Council or Swan Tenants, Private renters and Leaseholders.

Keep in the know

We provide newsletters to keep you informed of estate developments and changes, community issues including crime, and ensure the communal heating is working and provided to all residents.

Flexible payment

Membership is only £1.00 per month (£12.00 paid annually by cash, cheque or Direct Debit. Or £3.00 paid quarterly by direct debit).

Community Events & Activities

We have a programme of events planned throughout each year, from which we hope to bring more local people together. These include a Fun Day, Fete or Celebration, Tidy Up the Estate Day or month, Picnic, Easter, Halloween and Christmas Events. We have also held Race and Quiz Nights. These events began in 2012.
